Parker Wine Walk / Art Show / On the Schoolhouse Plaza
Friday, September 13, 4:30 - 7:30 pm
PAG has rented the Plaza during the Parker Wine Walk, so we will be allowed to sell our artwork.
* Each artist will be responsible for the sale of their own art, and will be required to provide 8% sales tax to the Town of Parker. Bring your own credit card reader, Venmo, ApplePay, or whatever you use.
* Bring artwork to work on if you would like. (When passers-by see someone painting or creating something, they will often come over to check it out.)
* You can set up at the tables under an umbrella on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Display tents will be allowed, provided they are weighted- not staked- to the ground. (Tent owners will be held responsible if their tent turns into a kite and injurs someone, so be sure it is tied down securely.)
* PAG requests that each participating artist donate $30.00 to help us offset the expenses. If this event goes well, we hope to rent the plaza for the next two Wine Walks on 9/27/24 & 10/11/24.
The Schoolhouse will be open during the event, so water and bathrooms will be available.

Farmers Market/ Art Demo/ Artist Plein-Air
On the Schoolhouse Plaza
Every Sunday- 8/4/24 thru 10/27/24
PAG Artists have been invited to demonstrate their art expertise in the Schoolhouse Plaza on Sundays during the Parker Farmers Markets.
Here are the Rules:
No tents are allowed- please set up a table under an umbrella.
First come, first served.
Please do not block access to the parking lot, Schoolhouse entry, or Farmer’s Market.
Make sure to clean up afterward, put umbrellas down, and place tables and chairs back where they were.
No sales allowed- because you won't have an event license, sales cannot legally be made on the Schoolhouse grounds.
Artists are welcome to share their contact information with people interested in purchasing, however, the transaction would need to be handled privately offsite of Town property (including the parking lot).
Tell passers-by to check out the Art Show inside the Schoolhouse- encourage them to go inside to view the artwork.
A win-win for all of us.
Here are the Logistics:
The Farmer's Market starts at 8:00 am, so we will be allowed to begin setting up at 7:30 am. You may come later, but be aware that all of the tables might be occupied.
Bring artwork to work on, that you can easily transport.
Bring business cards, flyers, or whatever you would like to hand out to potential customers. Bring water and a snack.
The Schoolhouse may or may not be open, so a bathroom might not be available inside.
